Stale food, rock shrimp is fried dough w/ 2 stale shrimp, sushi fish not fresh

Ordered takeout and waited 45 minutes for them to make 6 rolls and rock shrimp appetizer. After 30 minutes when I asked them how much longer, I see the solo sushi chef start making my take out rolls. Rolls were not fresh, rock shrimp tasted...

Went here for lunch the other day- specials were good sized and very fresh sushi. Made some substitutions w/ no problems. Help was friendly but never came back to our table. And restaurant was NOT busy. I had to get up and go to back...

I would normally tell anyone to run away from this type of restaurant, so I was very surprised at the quality, price point and taste.
