I am writing this review because of the victimization I endured as a third party during a family's divorce case that turned ugly and the variety of unethical actions this lawyer took during said case. Ms. Callahan advised her client to steal her husband's identity and property, as well as pictures of a private nature which she and her client then used as evidence in a false allegation that the husband was a "sex addict" and "unfaithful". (Both parties agreed in court that dating others after the decision to divorce was not considered infidelity and it was known that the wife also had at least one other sexual partner at the time.) Ms. Callahan advised her client to remain willfully unemployed during the divorce in order to take advantage of the system and maximize child support. After Former Husband was unable to meet full alimony payment, Ms. Callahan made false allegations that Former Husband had failed to pay child support, which had been paid, and attempted to have this father and military service member jailed. Steer clear of this unethical and unprofessional attorney.
