don't waste your time or money.  Decorators come and go as if through a revolving door.  Owner doesn't follow up.  In one year of their service, I have not one room fully furnished and they refuse to take back things that don't fit. It's a miracle this establishment does any business! I have NEVER been treated so poorly as a customer before in my life. The lady "helping" me was both rude and ignorant. It was a relief to leave the store! I am not surprised in the least to have found other such unsatisfied reviews for Lasting Impressions.
