I recently visited Laser Web to celebrate a friend's birthday. While we were probably the oldest group of "kids" there, I think we actually had more fun than most of the younger participants. This was my first laser tag experience and I really hope I'll get to go back again sometime!

Broken equipment and a staff that doesn't care. I was part of a private group that paid $1500 to rent their facility, and everyone had a miserable time...

Extremely poor customer service by the manager. We had our son's birthday party there and several times the vests went out. When talked with manager, no apology was offered, and we were talked down to. I don't think we will be having any more birthday parties there.
