Unprofessional Service, Rude Staff, Unfriendly Manager
The first time you go there it was all nice nice, but after you sign up for the whole package you'll realize how unprofessional these people are. Sloppy jobs, unresponsive calls, rude staff, and lousy service. They give you stupid excuses to cover up their laziness and unreasonable acts. Manager and staff are both very unfriendly, I have been to other places and people were much nicer. None of my friends who’ve been to this place have anything nice to say. This is how they treat their customers, don't waste your money, go some where else!!! You deserve something better for your money!!!

I love that Laser Cosmetica offers traeatments that I can do on my lunch break. The staff knows what they are doing, are very efficiant and can get you in and out - which is oboviusly important for the average new yorker on the run. I feel completely taken care of whenever I stop in for my treatments.

Do not go to this spa! I had microdermabrasion and a peel on my face. Afterwards, my face was bleeding. Now I have 25 burn-like marks on my face. I would not recommend this place and instead see a licensed medical professional or go to another medSpa where their technician's know what they are doing.
