Go for the table-side homemade guacamole and delicious selection of margaritas. Since the restaurant specializes in a variety of moles, you are always offered a free sampling of their selections, including the special mole of the week. We had limited time before a show at the Congress - so we took a chance and walked into Fuego's. We were pleasantly surprised with the food. The salsa was delicious - fire roasted - so it had that nice smokey flavor. I ordered the fish tacos and they were really good. Grilled and seasoned well. The menu looked great...
