Larry's Giant Subs started in 1982 in Jacksonville, Florida by founder Larry Raikes...In 1991 Matt Long opened the first location in Ormond Beach, Fl on A1A and Granada Blvd. With this beachside location a hit Matt and hi brother opened a second location on Beville Road in Daytona beach in 2006.

The subs are still great but I thought I should update my review. Previously my only issue was the salad size but I've been back and noticed they are quite larger than my previous photo.

Beast place to come after a day of boogie boarding and surfing with the kids..it's a must if your in the area and great nice people who work here..

I popped in to get a hero to go early on a Saturday night. There were 2 staff and 3 clients in front of me, I should have ordered and popped into the Fridays next door for a drink. Service was SLOW. The sandwich, on a freshly toasted roll ( perhaps that is what takes so long), was OK. Not...

Great subs, but a little expensive. Busy little place with dinning inside & out. Located in a busy strip mall. Service is usually fast.
