CANCELL THE PRODUCTS

Most things that are sold in the f&i office are cancellable. Just go back in and tell them that is what you want. They will refund your lien holder and you won't have to pay for them anymore.
I used to work for them, i know what it's like with that company.

Please beware of any dealings with this company!! They are unethical, underhanded, and lie to rippoff customers!! My fiance went in to purchase a vehicle, he found a truck he liked. He test drove the vehicle, and was pressured to proceed with the deal. They had three salespeople work him over.
They took a look at his trade in and when he asked for his keys to leave they refused to return...
