I got to the dealership a little early and the salesperson Michelle was with another client but the immediately had a teammate help out. Justin was great answered all my questions and started the process with me and then very smoothly transition it over to Michelle's to finish. They're definitely a winning team thank you very much for the experience and the new Tundra!!

We drove a little over 1.5 hours to trade in our Toyota Rav 4 and to purchase a new Prius V at this dealership. There was no pressure. Everything went smoothly. We felt very comfortable with the staff. Chris Herz, Joe Said, and Joshua Bombard provided excellent customer service. The far drive was definitely worth it.
