Thank you Laptop Medic. Truly your customer forever. My dog pulled on a cord and my new Sony dropped from my desk. Cracked lcd and screen hanging by one hinge. I went through 5 places, and 3 big names stores. No luck. When I called them, I had a tech on-site within 2 hours, and my laptop was back the next day, in a mint condition. And all that for less then half a price of buying a new laptop.... more

I have a Toshiba laptop. I'm not tech savvy, but the customer service here is SO top notch, that ever repair or fix that I needed to get done was always explained in lamens terms to me. I always knew exactly what I was paying for and exactly what was being done to my machine. KUDOS to laptop md.
