billing department is a mess! be aware! very incompetentVery unpleasant experience with this dentist office! I have nothing against the dentist himself but the billing department is an absolute mess.They do not give you an accurate estimate on the work you need done. they ask for the money upfront right after the visit and then after 8 months they hunt you down with an extra bill because THEY made a mistake at the time of the visit ( the one 8 months ago!) and supposedly charged you less. very incompetent and if you do not want to be hit with unexpected bills do not go there.sorry. I know they will NEVER get my business again!
