Lapels Drycleaner in Longfellow Place has a nice location. However the overall lack of concern for the customers satisfaction is in need of a tune up. I had several simple requests over the last 6 months that were not executed. I don't consider my self to be particlarly picky either. As a result I have to move on to a new dry cleaner?? Any suggestions out there?? Let me know??

Absolutely great. More professional and courteous than any other dry cleaner. Very helpful and caring employees. Reasonably priced compared to other Boston dry cleaners.

You'd be amazed at how CLEAN, well-run, and spacious this store is compared to other dry cleaners in the Boston area.
