I've lived at the back bay for while and found out about Lapels from a friend recently. They are much better then the others that I've tried. And their customer service rocks. The girls that work there are super friendly and very helpful.

I do not normally write reviews, however I felt that this was a case worth mentioning to others. I have used various dry cleaners over the years here in town and feel that my experience with Lapels has been the best and most consistant. I have been living in the Back Bay for 27 years. I have never, never been serviced by a dry cleaner as well as Lapels at 273 Newbury St. These guys got it right. Every time I go in it seems I have some mess to drop off. They always work to solve my problem, ex. food, wine, baby formula, whatever.
