I lived in Lantana Cascade from 1989 to 2001 and it true they raise the rent every september. it was a senior park and age had to be 55 over and was a 4 star park. I t went downhill so fast rent went up to 525 in 1990 and we had to pay our owned water that stink like h.... they started selling to family and pool was rented to day care center across the street from congress things stated to get...

They might be firm but they are always fair with the rules and regulations. Most likely your reason for your dislike of the staff and community is you were probably breaking the rules or not paying...
