Great selection and prices. Jacqueline was very helpful, but not pushy, let us browse but was nearby if we had any questions. I have dealt with on line (Stephanie) and in store (Donovan) customer service and both were great. And when they say there is a 60 day price guarantee if your item goes on sale, they mean it. Easy Peasy, just keep your receipts to make it easier.

This place is the worst. Stay outta here. On two occasions "Jackie" was just awful to deal with. Second time was a return of an online purchase with RMA in hand. After talking with the main office, having a email from them with authorizing, Jackie did everything possible to make this return impossible. First arguing it was not the same light, until my wife pointed out twice what she had to look...
