I wouldnt give it a ZERO star! Stay away from this place!!! I lived here for over 2 years... never late on rent, and gave proper notice. The manager is trying to say I owe them almost $5000. She avoids phone calls,emails, and is a liar!!!

There's been many bad reviews about this place, but for the most part it's not a bad place to live. We had an issue with our ac when we first moved in but it got taken care of. The ladies in the office are nice, and the lighting here in the complex isn't that bad as people have said. The gates are operational and work great, and the inside of the townhomes are nice.

Never thought I would get to live in a house ever again since I moved out on my own. Though this place in Houston has exceeded my expectations of reasonably rent and home feel.
