Good neighborhood

The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The grounds are maintained nicely and management schedules and organizes two annual events for the tenants. If there is any maintenance matters they are usually resolved immediately or at the latest 24 to 48 hours. We are within walking distance to a nice park and metro subway station. The only concern I have is that the building are old and so the weather...
