Help us make it rightI've take my 2 dogs there a few times and each time it's been worse and worse. The last time I took them they blamed my dogs for the poor grooming jobs they did because they were "really difficult." Seriously? Isn't this your job? Shouldn't you be able to handle a "difficult dog?" Do not go to this place. Hoping to find somewhere else soon.

Took my dog for a bath, nail cut, and trim. Told the old guy not to shave him. I wanted him to have just a trim. I also told him not to create him, he has create issues. When I left he was in a holding area that has a baby gate (this was fine) I went to pick him up to find him shaved and in a create. I used to come here all the time for my two dogs and cat...I would drop and off and have no problems with anything. They did a satisfactory job. One day while picking up my pets, I saw Annie with a dog, a slammed this poor thing by the neck onto the table while she was ""grooming"" them. This disgraced and disgusted me to the point where I never returned and told all my friends who used to go there what she does to the animals.
