I've take my 2 dogs there a few times and each time it's been worse and worse. The last time I took them they blamed my dogs for the poor grooming jobs they did because they were "really difficult." Seriously? Isn't this your job? Shouldn't you be able to handle a "difficult dog?" Do not go to this place. Hoping to find somewhere else soon.

Let me start by saying people are quick to say things to hurt or destroy someones reputation because they dislike this person or are even competition of some sort who are trying to get business through bashing someone else...

As a professional groomer and actually a competitor of Lakeside, I am tired of people trashing groomers publicly when they are completely unknowledgable of the industry. As groomers we deal with dogs and cats at their absolute worst behavior. Took my dog for a bath, nail cut, and trim. Told the old guy not to shave him. I wanted him to have just a trim. I also told him not to create him, he has create issues. When I left he was in a holding area that has a baby gate (this was fine) I went to pick him up to find him shaved and in a create. I used to come here all the time for my two dogs and cat...I would drop and off and have no problems with anything. They did a satisfactory job. One day while picking up my pets, I saw Annie with a dog, a slammed this poor thing by the neck onto the table while she was ""grooming"" them. This disgraced and disgusted me to the point where I never returned and told all my friends who used to go there what she does to the animals. I also had a friend who brought in a cat, and she told them that she would not groom their cat..I think they were lucky ones. Here's a tip, go across the street to...
