Several Neighbors and I pooled our money to have our lake shores treated for weeds.  Lake Management Inc. was paid for this process.  After several months of no treatment I asked them for a refund.  By this time the weeds had already taken over, summer was basicly gone and treatment would have been pointless.  Their excuse for the major delay was that they were waiting on the DNR for a permit...
