We just took our two dogs there this morning and we were very impressed from the minute we stepped in the door. The vet tech (and the rest of the staff) came up and greeted our dogs and spent time playing with them and showing them lots of affection. By the time they got into the room, both dogs were comfortable and more than willing to let their new friend take their vitals.
