This place is a hidden gem. It is tucked in a pretty ghetto plaza with some mom and pop stores and a gas station. Not a typical place you would look for a decent meal. However, the quality food served here is worth getting out of your comfort zone.

We ate at Vic's on a Monday evening and had the restaurant to ourselves, except for a solo pool player. The radio was playing KOIT. We chose our own table and sat under a few pictures, including a water stained photo of a young lady. The restaurant was cold.
