I had a reservation for today and the van was running late. So I called the company after 10 minutes waiting. They made wait for over 5 minutes on the phone just to tell me that the van was about 10 blocks from my place. 15 more minutes passed so I had to call again. Finally the van arrived, and when I brought up the issue to the driver, he almost barked at me and told me to call the company...

Stay away! I booked them at the airport, waited 45 minutes and no one showed up. I called multiple times and the help desk guy said they were ""coming right up"" which they never did. I ended up wasting 45 minutes AND taking a taxi.

This is a well run and economical shuttle service. For $10 I went from the airport to my hotel's door with no reservation needed, and to return I just called about three hours early.

They made an appointment with me they were unable to keep. The company telephoned me and told me their Company Representative made a mistake and they would not pick me up for my trip the next day. However, they were kind enough to recommend another company that charged over 25 percent more than the quote I received from them.
