Don't let one person's bad experience make your decision for you. Dr. Lacey has been my daughter's Dr since birth, and he has been great. He takes time to answer questions, and thoroughly explains things to us whenever she has been sick. The nurses at the front entrance who take your insurance and payment work for all the doctor's in the building, not just Dr. Lacey. I agree that they are...

Did not like him! HATED HIS OFFICES! hated front end staff. made me feel like i was at medicaid office or something. Nurses never returned emergency phone calls. Only good thing about the offices is the 2 separate waiting rooms, one for sick children and one for well children!! Changed to Dr. cramer which is in building next door!! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!
