I was told the price visible in writing was a ‘mistake’ ($100) and salesperson would not honor price. Said the remote was not included in price however the chair came with a remote. Go figure

Great service in the store and I had an extremely knowledgeable/punctual delivery crew. I took advantage of the free design service that comes with a purchase, Dale and Jaime are great to work with! Highly recommend!

UPDATE: After having contacted both the Better Business Bureau and the Wisconsin Department of Consumer Protection seeking help, LaZboy is maintaining consumer abuse and is not willing to work with me other than notifying me that I can purchase parts from them to have a third party install. I will never purchase from LaZboy again as they lack integrity and don't care for honest working...

Wife drag me to furniture stores all around Madison. With crappy products,poor customer service. Wound up at Lazy boy and Todd was amazing from the start. Easy walk through great customer service, He allowed us to ask Questions and didn’t make us feel like we where alone in the process. don’t find help like that anymore. Would recommend them over others in a heartbeat.
