Lazboy in Plano are con artist, buyer beware!

I went to the Lazboy store in Plano, and purchased a chair by a man named John who claimed to be the manager. I bought the chair for my 85 year old father with the understanding I could return the chair within 14 days as statedon the receipt but I had to purchase the stain guard which was very deceptive cause of the advertised flier I got in the mail. After having the chair for 4 days, my father didnt like it so I returned it. When I choose another chair, at a higher price I might add, I told John I didnt want the stain protection and then he got very argumentative and said if I didnt take the stain guard, then I couldnt take the chair off the floor and there were none in the warehouse. I told him I just wanted a refund, to which he replied I would have to call customer service cause they don't do refunds at the store. He then repeatedly ask me to just get the stain guard and I can just pay the difference and "then my dad can be happy and comfortable" which I was shocked and disgusted at the way I was being treated. Needless to say after 23 days, I finally got a refund check from Lebco. But I will never buy a lazboy chair again from that store!!!
