Not a bad hotel. Very clean, organized, professional. Breakfast decent. Alma working the breakfast bar very helpful, attentive concerned. Over all a good stay. I can sleep like a baby through anything so the sound of the train going by didn't bother me, yet i found it comforting that they offer ear buds at the front desk.
We stayed two nights when visited Sequoia & King Canyon National Park.
Room is spacious. Clean bed. Good breakfast and WiFi. Friendly staff.
Yes, there is a train track nearby. Couple trains passed by at night. With window closed, it didn't bother us.
Super customer service and rooms. Staff was very welcoming--even furnished me with a list of nearby restaurants and eating place. They even welcomed my dog! Great Internet connection -- no hassling with "upgrading" to a "faster connection."
This location IMO surpassed many other La Quinta locations. interior halls access to rooms make it #1 in my book. A light jade green color chosen for walls is a refreshing and relaxing change from the usual strong yellow. Strong WiFi, decent TV screen & channels selection, which I keep on for noise, excellent alarm with radio and night light....
99% of all LaQuintas are the same for the most part. Then there is this one. Sadly placed in not the best part of Fresno, its gone without some attention. Also, it sits right on the train tracks.
