Room stank linen I found hair and staff didn't seem to care.. Gross and will will never go back

Everything was pretty good. But my wife & son saw a huge roache on the wall by the window. I never saw it. The eggs for the free breakfast were real old/bad and had to spit them out. But we will try again when we return for a fishing trip.

I was in this hotel last weekend and my stay was pleasant. I didn't have any inconvenient. I arrived at the hotel late and my room was ready without any problems. Staff is nice, parking good, beds and room clean and comfortable. If I visit San Antonio again definitely I will back to this hotel.
