There are two primary areas they need to improve: Coffee Service in the AM and Exercise Room.
The issue I've reported numerous times is the equipment in the exercise room. The exercise bike only works at one resistance level, and the elliptical machine is actually dangerous. After about 5 minutes of use the belt slips causing the stride to suddenly...

Nice property, great service, excellent price!!! The rooms are very spacious. Grounds are very well kept. People know how to treat their customers. Many great restaurants in and around the hotel. Easy access to the main freeways!!!
