Hotel is in need of some renovations and new carpets in rooms and hallways however rooms were clean with adequate space and decent sleeping conditions. AC/heat was quiet and maintained settings. Breakfast included in lobby area--limited choices but well maintained.

the room itself was clean and odor free. The rest of the hotel looks worn out and dirty. Smell of cigarette smoke in hallways. Off duty Staff was really inappropriate in the lobby during check in with their personal life.
