APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The staff is extremely rude and they are not customer service oriented. After calling to say that I was stuck in unexpected traffic, they called back to say that they would no longer have time for a full appointment. I said that I would cancel and never come back and they said, ""OK thanks anyways."" They lost a lifetime customer at $175/appt. plus a $20 tip. Absolutely not worth the money. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.
