Gave 1 star cause 0 wasn't an option. Been trying to get in for 6 months to use a gift card. They either can't accommodate my schedule, don't answer the phone despite their website saying they are open, or take 2 days to call back. Owner refused to refund my money, so she now has money for services they won't perform. SCAMMERS!
