We just went there last night and LOVED it! A friend recommended it a couple weeks ago. We live within walking distance so decided to give it a try. We will definitely go back! The purple corn drink was fabulous and the lomo saltado delish! The best part is that it's in OAKLAND! No need to cross water to get flavorful classic food at a reasonable price!

My friend and I decided to try this quaint little place and we loved the low lighting, candles, and great local live band in this cozy little joint. My friend is not the critic that I am, but a few notable things: the waitress takes our appetizer orders and then waits to take the menus away-- 2 times before we order our entree??? My chicken dish was a bit dry and so-so-- nothing to write home... more
