This is one of the worst LA Fitness I've been to and it is only a signature club because of its location and the fact you can grab a towel as you walk in.This gym is extremely crowded in the evening. And the dumbbell are NEVER in the proper place. No one puts any of the weights back (bench, squats, you name it).
Worst company, ripoff - They always charge a month in advance so that way you can not use your last month. They never let me use the last months due stupid rules from the agreement. even if you call corporate offices (949) 255-7200 you wont find a solution. You have to understand wgere they come from, they take advantage of customers and they use their own rules
I don't know why so many bad reviews. Iris was the person who checked us in and she was very pleasant and attentive. We missed our 3 day trial and she extended it for us to use the following week.
