All I can say is WOW!!!! Tonight I had the best Pan con Lechon I've had in my entire life!!! The pork was seasoned perfectly, the chicharones were crunchy and the garlic sauce did not overpower the sandwich. I recommend that you run, not walk to La Esquina Del Lechon!
