We rented a cabana at the pool and then a light popped out. They fixed it once but never showed back up to fix it again after we were told they were coming but 2 hours later no one came. When we complained at the front office they told us they had no control over that, which clearly they did. The other pool near us had massive amounts of people in it with zero social distancing! Excellent service and amenities. The staff is amazing and the 4th of July fireworks were fabulous. Kudos to food service in banquets! Top notch!
