Recommended: homemade pasta in a cream sauce topped with spinach, tomato & Italian sausage.Good for a quiet, romantic date. The wine list is extensive.It is not cheap but the portions are large. 1/2 portions are only 1-2 dollars less and there is a $10 charge to split meals.

This lovely little downtown spot, with its muted lighting, intimate tables covered with white linens and soft, romantic background music, is a terrific choice if you've looking to plan a romantic evening getaway. The menu focuses primarily on Northern Italian dishes, and while their veal saltimbocca comes highly recommended, it's impossible to go wrong with any of the handmade pasta selections.

The food here is some of the best Italian I've had and I've been to Italy loads. Place has an relaxed exclusive feel without the snootiness or stuffiness too.
