The chicken soufflé was absolutely fabulous (preceded by a delicious butter lettuce salad, and followed by a light sorbet)! I was disheartened to learn that on May 25 the present owners will retire, for well-earned rest, and that the new owners plan a steakhouse for this location.

This is a wonderful change from the usual restaurant. It is located in a historic building and has only 3 dishes. The couple who run it are very friendly and fun to talk with. This restaurant is located in an historic house, nice atmosphere, very friendly staff, very good food, limited menu. The chicken souffle was excellent, the New California was good. Just three main course on the menu, but prepared very well.

WE were delighted by the quaint ambiance inside La Casa Rosa. The people greeted us and gave a nice meal of shrimp soufflé , meal included salad , wine and dessert of sorbet to finish off the palate. We hope to visit again!
