Executive Chef Christine Banta draws upon French and Japanese influences to enhance her American bistro fare at this seductive eatery. Indulgent favorites include a velvety yellofin tuna tataki and creamy butterscotch pudding. The Chef has also added some playful tapas selections for those who prefer to share; think Chick Pea Fries, and Braised Wagyu Beef Bolognese.

There is absolutely nothing bohemian about La Boheme. This grandly appointed first-class restaurant is the epitome of elegance: marble tiles, classic artwork, fireplace, finest tableware, and attentive professional service. The kitchen features Nouveau American cuisine with a decidedly fresh and appealing California zing. Available for private parties and brunch. Reservations.

Editorial Reviews from the web

West Hollywood's medieval mainstay might claim it's now a slightly more casual cafe, but this gothic-style retreat still embraces plush bohemia at every turn.

In Short Medieval gets modern at this luxe haunt where the sumptuous surroundings are a real feast for the eyes. An ivy-covered stone facade and stained glass French doors give way to a crimson-colored dining room where massive crystal chandeliers, brass statues and wood fireplaces (both in the enormous main room and outdoor patio) make you feel like you've just stepped into some... more

Impressive gothic decor, crystal chandeliers and private booths make an immediate impression upon entering Cafe La Boheme. This classic date spot in WeHo serves inspired dishes like roasted beets with avocado, smoked trout and ginger vinaigrette, Ahi Tataki, and a 55-day dry-aged steak.

The former La Bohème has reopened its doors as Café La Bohème. Restaurant designer Margaret O’Brien has transformed the look of the restaurant to reflect a more relaxed vibe and has added more private booths and new paintings while keeping the original chandeliers. Me and my fiance went on a double date to La Boheme and the decor was just FABULOUS. Beautiful chandeliers and the whole place has a red tint. It was our first time there but we lucked out with our table location. It was on the second floor balcony which gives you a view of the whole restaurant. We were in a secluded booth.
