I went to La Belle Reve twice. The first time, I enjoyed the experience and found their staff insightful and very good and I thought I found the perfect dress. The second time I went back with the intention to purchase. I hadnt been to any other bridal shops, nor did I want to go anywhere else. When I first went in customer service was awesome. After i found and ordered my dress it was still great and they were very helpful. When my dress came in however, the people who had helped me before no longer worked there and the customer service went down from there.
