The friendly staff takes the time to explain the problems my vehicle was having and how best to go about fixing the them. They are also concerned with the cost associated with fixing the problems and offered suggestions to limit the expense even if it meant losing work for themselves. They put the customer first!

I was on Fitzhugh when my power went out. Turns out the water pump was leaking (which has something to do with the power steering--go figure). They knew it was a urgent situation and instead of trying to sell me a water pump and have me leave the car there stranded. They added water to the system, did what they could to slow the leak, and gave me directions to the nearest dealership, for FREE.... more

I'm shocked at the earlier review of this Fitzhugh location... I have been coming to this Kwik Kar for many years now, and have never seen the woman in question... I have always been treated with respect. I have never seen anyone in the station not in a clean uniform, and they guys are all unfailingly polite! I completely trust these people with each of our three cars.
