There billing department sucks.I paid my bill.Then 3 months latter they said I didn't and turned me over to a collection agent.I provided a receipt and ended having to pay again.I ended having to get a lawyer to handle it.I even had to find and travel 2 hours to get the part because they said they couldn't find it.They must not know how to use a phone or a computer to search for a part either.I...

We had a problem with our furnace on a cold winter night. In the morning we called Kupferschmid's and a repairman came asap. He knew what was wrong ordered the part and had it installed the next day. He also told us what we could do to keep the furnace running while we waited on the part.
