0 would be more accurate for this place. Refinanced my truck through my bank in mid September. Called Terry Newell to get my gap insurance refunded. Did the paper work, he tells me 4-6 weeks. Well it's the middle of January and Terry newell, that crooked, lying scum no longer works there. O yea he never did my paper work for my refund. So I have to do it all over again. The prices are extremely competitive! I go to the location in Oregon and I refuse to go anywhere else for my auto needs. The staff are extremely friendly, fast, hardworking, and reliable. They always get me in no matter how busy they are. The location in Oregon is maybe 15 mins out of the way for us, but like I said, it's worth it!
