I did not have a good experience here at all. It is over crowded and I did not feel she benefitted from the worksheets. I decided to discontinue my daughter's tutoring here and they continue to charge my bank account. I called to get a refund and they continued to ask me to come back rather than just helping me. Finally they refunded my money after several phone calls. Then come to find out they have continued to charge my account for an additional 3 months ($600) after this first incident. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone and the only time you can speak to someone is from 3pm until 7pm on Monday and Thursday. My daughter in now in a much better program at www.k-12.com. She is now getting straight As.
