We finally had an outside licenced plumver come in to fix our leak under the kitchen sink. The plumber said it was the cold water line that feeds the refridgerator ice maker. He had to cut open the floor cabinet  to access the water line that had been pinched. This was leaking for a very long time.  I had to pay hundreds to the plumber for all his work to repair this. We went to Kuhn construction for total ripout and remodel of our kitchen and bathroom. The owner Jeff wants to know right up front what you have to spend. They don't want to break down the cost of labor and supplies.
