We pull up to the drive through and all they say is it will be 20 minutes for food. That’s ridiculous! Does corporate know? I’m sure they would be concerned that they are losing a lot of business!

I had to wait 20 minutes which was supposed to be "8-10 minutes" for "fresh Krystal's". I got home to eat and my food was cold. My cheese was still cold. Terrible.

Health inspector needs to come check this place out! It would get shut down if they did. Leaks in several places on the ceiling. Nothing to catch the leaks so water is just splattering all over the tables and floors in all 3 or 4 spots. There is insulation hanging out of the ceiling where it is leaking and I could see mold on the insulation!!!! One of the florescent lights on the ceiling had...
