Where to begin? This "groomer" was horrific. I would not suggest any person to take their animal to this pathetic excuse of an establishment. First, it's location. I live in the Edwardsville area, and am very familiar with main street. So, when I saw the address I drove uptown and was confused because I could not find it. The reason why??
