Our Technician Mike was on time, professional and thorough! He was very knowledgeable about our make/model and in under an hour we had heat again! I also had the pleasure of speaking to the office manager Jeff who also impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge.

We purchases our new furnace and air conditioner from Krinkies. This is the first time I,ve had dealings with this company. After all if my Mom and two sisters liked them I'll take my chance. Very impressed with both sales and installation of recent furnace. Shane made the installation painless. Very courteous and respectful of homeowner. We ended up with a faulty pump, but Dan came out that evening, diagnosed and fixed the problem.
