I had bi-lateral total knee replacement. I was sent there after 3 days in the hospital and received very poor and neglectful service and care there. I did not receive my pain medicines when I was supposed to. I was handled roughly when helped to the bathroom. I didn't get my in bed exercises properly. I was supposed to have physical therapy each day and only got it three days out of my 10 day...
