I don't know much about auto repair and maintance but this Kragen Auto Parts store has always been extremely helpful without making me feel like I really don't know what I am doing. They could just sell me the parts, but instead, they offer helpful hints about putting on the wiper blades or adding the fluids. I've been to this Kragen a couple of times and the staff is very knowledgable. Once I was buying some car products and during check out, the salesperson pointed out that I could save $10 if I bought a different but similar quality item with a coupon that was in the store. Good and fast service.
