Help us make it rightI've been recently advised by staff that the chef will no longer cook their Mongolian Beef well done for me anymore. After sending it back twice, he refused to cook it anymore. This is a major disappointment, I thought the customer was always right.
Maybe this is why they appear to never be as busy as the other local Chinese...
We were skeptical when this place opened, but gave it a try. Finally we have a decent place to go to for sushi without having to drive all the way to Austin. We now go here regularly whenever we want some sushi. Good sushi in Elgin, who'd have thought?!
Koy Chinese Sushi has changed to Lee Garden and for oriental food in Elgin, TX it is pretty good. We enjoy their lunch menu.
Their lunch specials are available Monday thru Sunday and are reasonably priced. Two choices of soups, an egg roll or crab rangoon, scoop of steamed rice or fried rice, and entree of choice. Nice family run restaurant.
We enjoy The service and food at Koy. The California Rolls are really tasty and the lunch specials offer a combo for all tastes. I know egg rolls are, well, egg rolls, but Koy does something with theirs that puts them a step above the norm. One complaint-their fried rice is a bit too salty. Lunch specials are 5.95 to 7.95.
